Who is ADCL
Founded in 1987, ADLC is a repair center for elevator electronics. The head office is in Dardilly, north of Lyon. ADLC repairs thousands of circuit boards in Europe every year.
What are the advantages of this partnership for our Austrian customers?
This partnership enables us to repair or replace electronic circuit boards and frequency converters from all well-known manufacturers inexpensively and easily, and all this at a fraction of the costs that would be incurred with a new purchase. Examples of manufacturers that we can cover: Otis, Schindler, Kone, Thyssenkrupp, Mac Puarsa, Wittur, Orona, Fermator, etc.
What are the processing options?
There are basically 3 options: exchange service, express repair, standard repair
Exchange Service:
In principle, material that has been brought to mint condition is in stock. If you send us your order before 12 noon, the part in question will be dispatched the same day and you will receive it before 5 p.m. the next day.
We ask you to fill out the return slip included in the package, stating the defect that occurred on the original part, and send it back directly to ADLC with the defective part within 5 days.
Express repair (within 2 days):
In order to guarantee a speedy repair, we ask you to send us the following: the product, your order form and a detailed description of the error found. Here the delivery to Variotech takes place.
Standard repair (within 10 days):
In order to guarantee a speedy repair, we ask you to send us the following: the product, your order form and a detailed description of the error found. Here the delivery to Variotech takes place
What guarantees do you have as a customer?
ADLC provides a 12-month warranty for repairs carried out on catalog products. Programming is excluded from the scope of the guarantee. It is important that ADLC uses its own programs and therefore cannot access the EPROMS and the software of the entrusted products.
