General Information

Our goal is the highest quality. We will find a solution quickly and competently if we are unable to do so. Your repair or return request is processed conveniently and easily using the standardized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.


If you urgently need a replacement device, please send us a separate order stating that it is a replacement device. If we receive the damaged device and determine that there is a warranty issue, you will receive credit for the replacement device.


The warranty period is 12 months. Starts from delivery of the device.


Warranty: A product is within the warranty period and there is no obvious misuse or damage by the customer. If there is a clear warranty case, we will deliver a replacement free of charge, issue a credit note or repair the product free of charge. Costs will only be charged if the product has clearly been damaged by the customer.


RMA – Return Material Authorization Number: We will issue a return number for the return. It is essential that you request this number before returning it so that the product can be correctly assigned to us.
